šŸŽ‰New year, fresh start! šŸŽ‰ As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome 2024, itā€™s the perfect time to set health and fitness goals. The key to success is setting achievable targets. šŸŽÆ


1ļøāƒ£ Start Small: Aim for 30 minutes of moderate activity daily. If you can't find the time for a a full workout, take the dog or kids out for a brisk walk, or put on music and jam out while doing some post-holiday deep house cleaning! šŸƒā€ā™€ļøšŸ’ƒ


2ļøāƒ£ Eat Well: Plan your meals ahead of time. Focus on a balance of protein, health fats, and complex carbohydrates. Don't forget veggies for micronutrients! šŸ„¦šŸŽ


3ļøāƒ£ Stay Hydrated: Water is essential for many of our bodily functions. Make it a goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. šŸ’§


4ļøāƒ£ Mindful Eating: Chew your food thoroughly, and put your fork down between bites. This can help prevent overeating and make meals more enjoyable. šŸ½ļø


5ļøāƒ£ Get Enough Sleep: Sleep is as essential to our body's needs as food and water. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. šŸ›Œ
