We are elated to announce the appointment of Kiley Pearlman-Bantillo as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing at Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep! Kiley has been an integral part of our journey, and we are excited to officially welcome her into this vital role.
From Sponsored Athlete to Leadership
Kiley began her journey with Gainz and Shreds as our first sponsored athlete and Brand Ambassador. While working in marketing full-time, competing as a nationally qualified bikini athlete, and coaching part-time, our Founder, Owner and Head Chef, Andrew “Dru” Aguilar knew that Kiley was the perfect individual to represent the Gainz and Shreds brand. Her passion for health, fitness, and commitment to supporting others with their wellness goals has made her an invaluable member of our FitFam Community.
A Wealth of Experience and Expertise
With a diverse background in various industries, ranging from large corporations to start-ups, Kiley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Her previous role in marketing with the largest community foundation in the world, proven track record in operations, marketing, communications, and leadership, combined with her deep understanding of the health and fitness industry, makes her the perfect fit for this position.
Accomplishments and Contributions
While serving in this role pro-bono since early 2024, Kiley has already driven significant growth for the Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep business, among other remarkable accomplishments. She led a brand refresh to reshape our mission, vision, and core values, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the health and wellness of the Bay Area community. Kiley also revamped our Senior Meal Program, supported our move to our new San Jose kitchen in April, and led the launch of walk-up orders.
She has streamlined our operations, improved our marketing strategies, and played a key role in expanding our menu and product offerings. Her innovative ideas and dedication have significantly contributed to our growth and success and we look forward to her continued leadership.
Why This Role is Integral to Gainz and Shreds
As the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing, Kiley’s role is crucial to our growth and success. She will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient and our standards remain high. Additionally, Kiley will lead our marketing efforts, helping us reach more people and grow our brand presence, and in turn, improve the health and quality of life for Bay Area residents.
