Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website, mobile app, or third-party platforms (ToastTab, ezCater, etc.) are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing
• Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 hour
• Delivery orders within 8 miles are typically delivered within 1 hour and 45 minutes
• Custom meal modifications may affect preparation time

Refunds & Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at info@gainzandshredsmealprep.com or (408) 794-8729. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Food Safety & Allergens

Gainz and Shreds Meal Prep follows all applicable food safety regulations. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
